From Coeur d’Alene to the historic Silver Valley, the panhandle has a rich history of hard work and rugged individualism. Families here are facing intense developmental pressures, housing needs that far outpace supplies, and the drive from those who live there to protect our pristine federal public lands from reckless corporate exploitation.
Moving down through Latah, Nez Perce, Lewis, Idaho, Clearwater, and Adams counties, this region anchors Idaho’s proud independent farming and timber heritage. From the Port of Lewiston out to family-owned ranches in rural outposts, our agricultural communities are the lifeblood of the economy. They are currently being crushed by corporate monoculture monopolies, rising supply costs, and a total lack of federal investments in rural healthcare access and local infrastructure.
The political and population center of gravity has rapidly expanded across Canyon County and western Ada County—including Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, and Star. This area has faced an unprecedented growth boom, resulting in a staggering 75.3% homeownership rate that is now under direct threat. Wall Street hedge funds and massive predatory developers are aggressively buying up single-family neighborhoods, pricing out local working families, and overloading the local power and water grids with corporate data centers that offer near-zero long-term career growth.
Career politicians in Washington view our district as a safe corporate playground. They take money from out-of-state dark money, vote to hand over our public lands to the highest bidders, and stay silent as local families get squeezed by soaring living costs.
Kaylee’s campaign isn’t backed by Wall Street PACs or backroom political party brokers. We're funded almost entirely by small dollar individual donors, most of whom are from here. This platform was built from the ground up for working families. The foresters, farmers, trade unions, healthcare workers, and educators of the First District. It is time to send an outsider to Congress who answers strictly to the people who make Idaho what it is today.

The First District holds one of the highest densities of retired service personnel in the Pacific Northwest. Our communities demand ironclad federal accountability, fully operational regional VA networks, and deep structural protection for those who wore the uniform.
More than a quarter of all registered voters across our 19 counties reject standard partisan labels completely. This deep independent block represents the true, decoupled grassroots engine that will permanently break the stranglehold of career politicians.
The vast majority of our district's economic footprint is driven directly by hands-on private sector workforce lanes: trades, agriculture, logistics, healthcare, local timber, and mining infrastructure. We are an economy that works for a living.
Our opponent’s campaign is bankrolled by out-of-state corporate monopolies, Wall Street executives, and dark-money Super PACs that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on glossy mailers and hollow TV commercials. They want to buy this seat because they want a representative they can control.
Kaylee doesn't take a dime of corporate PAC money. We aren't fighting this battle on television networks—we are fighting it on doorsteps, front porches, and local main streets across all 39,399 square miles of this district. But reaching over a million neighbors without a corporate billionaire's budget means we rely entirely on regular, working-class families stepping up to fuel the engine.
